What is in the line-up, and what changes
Channel line-ups and on-demand catalogues change, because the suppliers and broadcasters behind them change. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a specific channel, fixture or title will be there on a given day. Where something matters to you particularly, check it during the free trial, which is precisely what the trial is for.
The picture you get
Feeds arrive in 4K where the source is 4K, and otherwise in FHD or HD. The 4K page explains what a TV, a streaming device and a broadband line need before 4K looks like 4K.
No broadcaster behind the brand
Channel, league and studio names appear on this site to describe what a feed carries. They do not signal a partnership with, an endorsement by or a licence from any of them, and no page here should be read as saying otherwise.
Players, hardware and their own charges
The players named on this site belong to their own developers. Some are free, some carry a one-off fee and some a subscription of their own, and none of that money comes to us or is within our control. Their features, such as recording or the layout of the TV guide, are theirs to change.
What depends on your own setup
What reaches your screen depends on your broadband, your router, your device, your player and your television. The setup guides for each device publish the figures and the settings that matter, and we will help you work through them; the equipment in your house remains yours rather than ours.
Sellers using a similar name
We answer for this website and the WhatsApp number shown on it, and for nothing else. Other sellers using a similar name are separate businesses, and what they publish, promise or charge is not ours.
Prices and where they apply
The prices on the plans page, in pounds sterling, are the ones that apply when you order through this website or our WhatsApp number. A figure quoted anywhere else, by anybody else, is not an offer from us.
Guides, menus and screenshots
Player developers move menus and rename settings with their updates, so the screen in front of you may not match a guide here word for word. The steps stay broadly the same, and support will tell you where a setting has moved.
Figures are guidance
Numbers such as 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K are working guidance for a typical home, not a guarantee about yours. Wi-Fi, other devices on the line and the hour of the evening all change what a connection delivers.
Leaving this website
A link to WhatsApp, to a payment page or to a player developer takes you to a service with its own rules. Its content and its handling of your messages are its business, governed by its terms rather than by ours.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is legal advice. Where the legal position of a service of this kind matters to you, take advice for your own country from somebody qualified to give it. We answer questions about what we sell and how it works, which is a different thing.
