Our position
We respond to properly made copyright complaints. Where we are told that something we carry infringes a right, and the notice contains what the law requires, we act on it. We do not host the broadcast content on this website, and where a complaint concerns an upstream supplier we pass it on as well as acting ourselves. Rebroadcasting the streams is already forbidden to customers under our terms of service.
Who to send a notice to
Notices reach our designated agent on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479, marked clearly as a copyright notice so it is routed correctly rather than treated as a support question. A typed notice is fine, and a signed letter can be attached as a PDF or a photo. Sending it through that route is the fastest way to have it looked at, and it is monitored at every hour.
What a valid notice must contain
A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
A description of the material you say infringes, detailed enough for us to locate it, such as the channel name and broadcast time or the title as it is listed.
Your contact details, including an address and a means of reply.
A statement of your good-faith belief that the rights holder, its agent or the law has not authorised the use.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Pointing us to the material
Because nothing broadcast is stored on this website, a web address from it will not point at the material. Tell us instead which channel carried it, under the name a player displays, and when it aired, with the time zone. For something in the on-demand library, give the title as it appears there and, for a series, which season and episode.
What happens next
We aim to respond within two working days and to act on a valid notice promptly. If a notice is incomplete we will say which part is missing rather than ignoring it, because an incomplete notice helps nobody.
Counter-notices
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, send a counter-notice by the same route with the equivalent statements. We will pass it to the original complainant and act according to what the law requires of us.
Accounts used to rebroadcast
Where a notice shows that one of our own customers is restreaming or reselling the feeds, that account is closed under the acceptable-use terms, without a refund.
Notices that are not about copyright
A complaint about a trademark, about privacy or about something said on this website is not a copyright notice, though we read those too. Send it by the same WhatsApp route with a first line that says what it concerns, so that it reaches the right person rather than the copyright queue.
Notices sent in bad faith
The law in several countries, the United States among them, allows damages against anyone who knowingly misstates that material infringes, or that it was taken down by mistake. Check the details before sending either kind of notice, as we check them before acting.
What this policy does not say
Acting on notices is not a claim about rights we hold. The service disclaimer sets out what the subscription is and is not, and questions that are not copyright notices are better sent through the contact page, where they reach the support desk directly.
Unsure what a clause means for your order? Ask the IPTV UK Station desk before paying, on WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 or through the contact page. Plain answers, any hour.
