What we actually collect
When you ask for a trial or send the contact form we receive what you typed into it: a name or an email address, the device you said you watch on, an optional WhatsApp number, and your IP address, which is used to keep automated spam out. Each request is saved as a private record on this site, emailed to our team and copied to the team's Telegram notifications, and your browser then opens WhatsApp with the request already written out. Nothing reaches WhatsApp until you press send there yourself.
When you order in the WhatsApp chat, the conversation itself holds whatever you and the person on the desk said to each other. We do not hold card numbers; payments are handled by the route you chose and the details never reach us.
The order form at checkout
The order form on the IPTV UK Station checkout page asks for four things: your email address, your first name, your country and your WhatsApp number. They travel with the term and the number of screens you picked, any coupon code you entered and the IP address the order was sent from. Sending the form gives the order its own number, saves it as a private lead record on this site, emails it to the IPTV UK Station team and posts a copy to the team's Telegram notifications, so that somebody picks it up quickly. A temporary copy of the order summary lets the confirmation page show your order back to you, and it expires within hours.
The form never asks for card or bank details. The payment link for your order is sent to you on WhatsApp, from the number shown on this site, and you pay through that link rather than on this website.
What we do with it
We use it to open your account, to answer you, to send the payment link for an order and to keep the Service running. It is not sold, not rented and not passed to anybody for marketing. We do not build a profile of what you watch, and the practical reason is straightforward: knowing would cost us money and gain us nothing.
Who else handles it
A few outside services carry part of it, each because the site or the Service cannot work without them: the company hosting this website, the email service that delivers form and order notifications, Telegram for the notification copy, WhatsApp for the conversation, and whichever payment provider you use. Each of them works under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses the minimum needed to function. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not share browsing data with advertising networks. If measurement is added later, it will appear here first and ask before it stores anything.
How long it is kept
Trial, contact and order records are kept while they are useful and cleared afterwards. The emailed and Telegram copies of a form are held outside the website, and they are deleted when you ask for your information to be erased. Account records are kept while the account is live and for a period after it ends, so that a renewal does not mean starting again. Nothing is kept indefinitely for its own sake.
What you can ask for
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Ask on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479, from the number you ordered with if you can, and we answer within 30 days. Deleting an active account means the Service stops, which we will say before doing it rather than afterwards.
Keeping it safe
Traffic to this site is encrypted, the servers are access-controlled, and the number of people who can reach customer records is deliberately small. No arrangement is perfect, and if something went wrong that affected you, we would tell you.
Unsure what a clause means for your order? Ask the IPTV UK Station desk before paying, on WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 or through the contact page. Plain answers, any hour.
